2025 is a maintenance year for property assessment. Below are the dates for this year's Open Book and Board of Review. Property owners should receive letters in the mail soon from Accurate Assessor.

• • Wednesday, May 21, 2025  from 11:00am - 1:00pm (Phone Appointments only, no in-person appointments).

Board of Review – Formal Appeal Process

If you disagree with your assessment after your Open Book discussion, you may file an appeal with the Board of Review:

• Deadline to File an Appeal: Sunday, June 8, 2025, at 5:00pm
• Board of Review Hearing: Tuesday, June 10, 2025, from 5:00pm - 7:00pm at Primrose Town Hall
